1. General Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy

Welcome to Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP). We are delighted that you have chosen us as your astrology partner. This page contains the terms and conditions of a contract between Vedatree Infotech LLP and you, which covers the usage of our website, portal, and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform” or “Astro Prashna”).

1. 1. Website Usage

Using the website : https://astroprashna.com. We are the only authorized party to use all the content on our website. All of these content is owned by the Vedatree Infotech LLP, a registered LLP under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Nobody is allowed to commercialise our website or its contents. Nobody is allowed to make advertisements on it or, use the layout of the website.

1. 1. Privacy and Data Protection

Vedatree Infotech LLP follow all the government laws on privacy and data protection. We will only collect or process personal information for lawful purposes. We will not collect anything more than we need for those purposes or we do not keep it for longer than necessary. We are doing our best to keep these all accurate, and we will keep it safe.

1. 1. Registering for services at Astro Prashna

For the astrology consultation provided by Astro Prashna, client must register through the online portal, website, or mobile application provided by Vedatree Infotech LLP. Astro Prashna is providing face reading, vastu consultation, different pooja/havans related to resolve chart related issues. Asttro Prashna also has qualified psychological councillors and mentors who help our clients to increase their positivity in life and to see a brighter way of life. Our qualified and experienced astrologers help the clients to resolve their astrology related issues. The clients must provide their personal details like date of birth, place of birth, time of birth, name, address, etc. to the portal or application. The portal or application may ask the client to turn on their location access on their internet using device for the accurate results. Client may be asked to upload their photo, video or for live video call, audio call through own applications or with help of social media applications. Client may be asked for their personal details for the counselling sessions, which is very essential to identify the client’s problem. Client may be asked for filling up of certain forms, which may be required to identify and asses the client.

1. 1. Registration Fee

The services rendered by Astro Prashna are chargeable, and the right to increase or decrease the charges is on the sole discretion of Vedatree Infotech LLP. They can give the services at free of cost also, as promotional packages.

1. 1. Refund Policy

A refund request shall be made when the disruption is caused due to technical glitches such as disturbance over the call due to weak signal strength, background noise, astrologer being inaudible in the website/application. A refund request shall be made in case the astrologer is not capable of delivering the requested service or has failed to deliver services in the language requested by the user. A refund request shall be made in case the services provided by the astrologer were wholly irrelevant or inappropriate. By requesting a refund, user is agreeing to provide Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP)  customer care team permission to access the recording of the consultation for which refund has been requested, in order to determine whether the case is fit for refund. Astro Prashna’s (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP)  customer care team’s decision on processing the refund is at the sole discretion of the team and such decision is final in nature.

1. 1. 1. Processing of refund

Refunds are done within 07 business days and the amount shall be credited in the “In-App wallet” of the customer. All Refund requests shall be made by the customer by contacting to the Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP) support available on the Platform, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made. Customer shall make the refund requests (if any) within 48 hours of availing the services. All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by the Company’s customer care representatives on following such guidelines. 

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product/services as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company or by an Astrologer and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services or can provide the same package that is bought by you.

Parties shall be governed by the laws of India. For purposes of enforcement of arbitration awards, equitable relief, or if for any other reason litigation is permissible under this agreement, each party hereby irrevocably agrees to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

Note: No refund requests will be entertained for the lack of accuracy of any consultation. As Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP)  is an intermediary, Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP)  takes no responsibility for the factual accuracy of any consultation.

In the event your dissatisfaction with the service arises due to the circumstances mentioned above, the customer care representatives shall initiate refund of the corresponding amount of credits to your account, after deducting for applicable payment gateway charges. The decision of the customer care representative shall be final and binding. You agree that refund shall only be made by way of credit to the in-app credits linked to your account.

All refund requests have to be placed within 48 hours of the consultation by writing to support@astroprashna.com.

Except for the above, all transactions made in relation to the services are final and non-refundable.

The following terms and conditions apply to our provision and your use of the information, services and materials (Online Content through the Vedatree website including you visiting and browsing the Website (being a Visitor) and registering with Vedatree as a client. These Terms should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our privacy and cookies policies (the Policies). You may please read the terms and conditions carefully. These Terms are not negotiable. If you do not agree or accept the terms you must stop using the portal, website, and mobile application.

1. 1. Usage Policy

By using Astro Prashna, you confirm that you have read, agree and are in compliance with these Terms and the Policies (each as amended from time to time). Your use of and access to this Platform are subject to the following conditions (Acceptable Use Conditions), and you agree that failure to comply with any one of the Acceptable Use Conditions will constitute a breach of these Terms.

The Acceptable Use Conditions are as follows:

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and your use of the Platform is in no way unlawful or fraudulent, and does not have the intention or effect of damaging us or our affiliate either by reputation or financially;
• You agree not to use or access the Platform for the purpose of harming or attempting to others in any way;
• You agree not to distribute all or any part of the Platform in any medium without our prior written consent unless such distribution is offered through the functionality of the Website and is permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Platform.
• You agree not to access the Platform through any technology other than the software provided by us or enabled via API or other generally available third-party web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer;
• You agree not to (and will not attempt to) circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Website or any features that:
  • Prevent or restrict use or copying of content or
  • Enforce any limitations on you, the use of the Website or access to the Platform and Courses;
• You agree not to knowingly transmit any data or send or submit any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
• You agree not to use or access the Platform for any commercial uses or for the benefit of any third party, including but not limited to:
  • the sale of access to the Platform or any associated content;
  • the solicitation of business in the course of trade or in connection with a commercial enterprise; and
  • the solicitation of any Visitors or Learners of the Website with respect to their content for commercial purposes;
• You agree to use the Website and access the Platform in a way that does not infringe the rights of third parties or restrict or prevent anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website, Platform and Courses;
• You agree not to ask for, collect or harvest any personal data of any Visitor or Learner of the Platform;
• You agree not to post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to or otherwise cause us to email, transmit or otherwise distribute chain letters, surveys or studies, calls to action, junk mail, pyramid schemes, incentives (monetary or click-based), spimming or spamming, or bulk communications of any kind, whether or not for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
• You will not copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content contained on the Website (including without limitation the Platform) for any other purpose other than as permitted by these Terms without our prior written consent;
• You agree not to use the Website or the Platform in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden or impair any server or the network(s) connected to any server, or infringe any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of any servers or networks connected to the Website;
• You agree not to use any high volume, automated, or electronic means to access the Website or the Platform (including without limitation robots, spiders or scripts);
• You agree not to frame the Website or the Platform, place pop-up windows over its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages;
• You agree not to access or attempt to access any other Visitor or Learner’s account or falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to misrepresenting your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present;
• You agree not to force headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Website; and
• You agree not to send, knowingly receive, submit, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with these Terms and the Policies).
• You agree to comply with these Terms in relation to any Content provided by you in connection with the Platform and in connection with the ability to post messages.
• You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Website and Platform which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
