Astro Prashna is an astrology consultation platform that is used via the Astro Prashna mobile app, created by Vedatree Infotech LLP. We respect and care about your privacy, and take every step necessary to keep your information secure at all times. The intention of this Privacy Policy is to help you understand what information we store about you and how it is used.

Personal identifiers
When you register as an user to the service, we ask for your personal details such as:
- Contact information; your name, phone number, email address
- Birth data for making astrological consultations; place of birth, date and time of birth
Upon using the service, we will further store your chat messages, audio/video calls and other similar consultation related information for the purpose of providing the service for you.
Technical user data
When using the service, technical data is automatically gathered without direct user interaction.
- Account creation time, credit purchase times
- Language selection
- Information about the device you are using; model, name, operating system version, device ID, error data
- Statistics about using the service
- Other similar service or device data
The purpose of this technical data is to be able to deliver the service to you, provide help and support, maintain and improve the service, and to notify you of any changes to the service.

- Astrology and other similar consultations directly to you through the app (e.g. through voice, video or chat)

- For parties using the service directly, e.g. astrological and other consultants, to be able to provide the service to you

- meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request

We take every effort to keep the technical data as anonymous as possible so that it can not be connected to you when the purpose of said data is to only analyze user behaviour for improving the service, for example.

We always ask for consent for sharing your information with us. In addition, you have at any given time the right for following actions:
- Review the information we store about you
- Update your personal information
- Export the information for yourself
- Delete the information
In order to keep the service quality good, we take backups of your information. Therefore when updating and deleting information, the backups are not immediately updated as this could potentially lead to bad service quality. Backup information will nonetheless be updated within a reasonable time period.
These actions are in general provided free of charge, unless providing the information would take unreasonably effort or said information is out of our reach. This can be the case for some technical data stored on third party services.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as necessary from time to time. The updated privacy policy will be placed on our website and any other interaction point used previously. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you directly to inform you about the changes. In addition, you may sometimes be required to explicitly give consent again to the updated privacy policy.
Any changes to the privacy policy apply immediately after the update is made available.
