- Refund Policy
A refund request shall be made when the disruption is caused due to technical glitches such as disturbance over the call due to weak signal strength, background noise, astrologer being inaudible in the website/application. A refund request shall be made in case the astrologer is not capable of delivering the requested service or has failed to deliver services in the language requested by the user. A refund request shall be made in case the services provided by the astrologer were wholly irrelevant or inappropriate. By requesting a refund, user is agreeing to provide Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP) customer care team permission to access the recording of the consultation for which refund has been requested, in order to determine whether the case is fit for refund. Astro Prashna’s (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP) customer care team’s decision on processing the refund is at the sole discretion of the team and such decision is final in nature.

- Processing of refund

Refunds are done within 07 business days and the amount shall be credited in the “In-App wallet” of the customer. All Refund requests shall be made by the customer by contacting to the Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP) support available on the Platform, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made. Customer shall make the refund requests (if any) within 48 hours of availing the services. All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by the Company’s customer care representatives on following such guidelines.
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product/services as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company or by an Astrologer and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services or can provide the same package that is bought by you.
Parties shall be governed by the laws of India. For purposes of enforcement of arbitration awards, equitable relief, or if for any other reason litigation is permissible under this agreement, each party hereby irrevocably agrees to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.Refund Policy

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
Note: No refund requests will be entertained for the lack of accuracy of any consultation. As Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP) is an intermediary, Astro Prashna (A division of Vedatree Infotech LLP) takes no responsibility for the factual accuracy of any consultation.
In the event your dissatisfaction with the service arises due to the circumstances mentioned above, the customer care representatives shall initiate refund of the corresponding amount of credits to your account, after deducting for applicable payment gateway charges. The decision of the customer care representative shall be final and binding. You agree that refund shall only be made by way of credit to the in-app credits linked to your account.
All refund requests have to be placed within 48 hours of the consultation by writing to support@astroprashna.com.
Except for the above, all transactions made in relation to the services are final and non-refundable.
